La différence entre les histoires et l'Histoire n'est pas toujours bien évidente.

Celle qui est agréée par la Lore, est répertoriée dans le Portail des Chroniques.

Rien n'interdit qu'une œuvre appartienne à plusieurs catégories.

La littérature, vous dites?

La littérature recouvre non seulement des œuvres écrites ou orales marquées par des préoccupations esthétiques, formelles, idéologiques et culturelles. On peut aussi y trouver des romans, des biographies, des essais, du théatre, des partitions musicales...

Aussi loin que je me souvienne, les primes m'ont fascinées...

Beaucoup m'ont mis en garde contre leur dangerosité, mais pourtant moi, ne voyais que leur beauté.

Hum non... j'exagère... dans mon plus ancien souvenir des primes, je flotte au dessus de mon propre corps, lequel est abîmé dans la sciure, dans une de ces fosses desquelles on ne peut s'échapper par les côtés... Non loin de là, Kaaon, Maximus et Soazic se débattent avec plusieurs kirostas... enfin... je ne savais même pas reconnaître un kirosta à l'époque... mais l'image que je garde de toutes ces pattes ─ fines et frénétiques ─ s'en rapproche.

*sourit* je leur saurai toujours grée de ce baptême des primes, en route vers le pays de mes frères de sève.

Plusieurs années après cette première traversée, après moultes aventures sur l'écorces, et ayant obtenu la grâce suffisante auprès des kamis, je pus entreprendre le grand voyage, celui du tour des autels kamis de toutes les régions souterraines. Encadrée par l'affable Liverion et maître Xylog, ce dernier me fit une démonstration de furtivité. Savoir attendre. Savoir trouver le passage. Savoir courir dans la bonne direction. Je le savais moi aussi à présent... quoique.

Il faut un certain temps pour que l'oeil se fasse, plonge dans le détail, distingue la radiance du plumash de celle du topha, ou prenne le temps d’apprécier le gradient rosé du pétale de rotoa à la lumière de la torche. Et quand bien même on a l'habitude de ces paysages, l'observation est toujours perfectible. C'est ce que j'avais appris auprès de Vrana.

Mais les primes ne comptent pas que faune et flore. Les homins y ont vécu, y vivent encore. Et parmi ces ruines, tribus ou bandits, se trouvent des vestiges remarquables de civilisations antérieures, dont l'origine est mystérieuse, tout autant que l'aspect.

Oh je n'ai pas fait de vrai découverte ! D'ailleurs, il semblerait qu'il y a longtemps, quelque peuple ou organisation les ait tous recensés, surement même étudiés. Preuve en est qu'ils sont tous délimités par un même cordon, maintenu par des piquets. Certes, les clôtures sont dans un sale état : elles doivent sacrément dater.

Non ce que j'ai fait, c'est déjà les re-trouver, en arpentant chaque recoin, chaque étendue de ces régions obscures. L'absence de patrouilles depuis notre retour d'exil fut une aubaine en ce but, car je pus les observer longuement ─ les cutozerx et varinvorax aussi ─ et faire quelques déductions par recoupements, qui je pensais méritaient bien d'être consignées dans mon carnet.

Je connaissais d'ailleurs un petit tryker qui serait ravi de les lire  !
