Ex typique d'erreur lors des traductions : cette page en anglais a été crée sur le wiki FR (voir l'URL), et non sur le wiki anglais.
- Avec le 1er nom nom choisi WikiTrad-EN , le lien de traduction ne fonctionne pas (c'est normal, car il est fait pour fonctionner de fr.wiki <-> en.wiki, et non fr.wiki <-> fr.wiki).
On peux donc le créer, soit directement à partir de cette page, soit, en ouvrant en.wiki.ryzom.com dans un onglet séparé, et en utilisant Search... Souvent, j'ai un Firefox avec en.wiki.ryzom.com et un autre avec fr.wiki.ryzom.com, en cote à cote pour comparer, copier/coller...
- J'ai donc renommé cette page, de WikiTrad-EN vers WikiTrad-EN wikiFR (je conserve cette version, à fin pédagogique, mais normalement, je devrais "purger" cette présente page). C'est pourquoi on voit en haut de page ces "messages de redirections".
Pour ajouter une nouvelle traduction (ici, par ex de l'anglais au français), il est donc recommandé :
- rechercher sur fr.wiki s'il y a quelque chose d'existant, ou de proche : il peux être utile d'ajouter des liens par ci par là (sur des sujets connexes), ou encore de signaler des pages obsolètes trouvées... Ceci pour réfléchir au nom que l'on va choisir pour la page de sa traduction.
- sur la page à traduire (en.wiki), ajouter en haut le code wiki, en indiquant le nom de page qui n'existe pas (celle qui va recevoir sa traduction), enregistrer (indiquer qu'on ajoute un lien de traduction vers FR dans le résumé).
Utiliser le drapeau pour créer la page sur le wiki FR : Clic droit/ouvrir le lien dans une nouvelle fenêtre pour comparer les 2 versions.

This is an typical issue when translating : the French translator created the new translation in the same wiki than the 1st post : the French wiki.
- With 1st name choosed for this page (it was WikiTrad-EN), the translations flags are not working. This is logical, as these flags should work with fr.wiki <-> en.wiki, and not fr.wiki <-> fr.wiki).
- I renamed this page (from WikiTrad-EN to WikiTrad-EN wikiFR) (we should "purge" it, bur we will keep it, as a reminder).
To create a new translation :
- the best is to open a new windows, in the target langage, using Search in order to find some very close context with our subject (and maybe add some other links) and choose a nice name
- on the page that you are going to translate, add on top the translation the wiki code, with this new page name. Add a summary such "translation link added to DE version" if you translate the 1st page to German, save it. Clic on the German flag (or right clic to open in a new window, to compare), it will create the page in the German wiki.
Usually, you will start with a full copy and paste... but remember that the differents wiki are not organised the same way, and the Category are different too. Zorroargh is now working on the subject.
